When I started this series I started with a single painting trying to portray a single moment in time of a woman in solitude, and after a short time I found myself evolving to the next one and the next one, evolving the solitude theme through various motifs, styles and techniques, therefore there is a thin line of evolvement connecting the works together in the order they were created.
